Worst warranty ever will.leave you financially broke and you will loose your vehicle
My car that I bought a mere 10 months ago At Ford Numbi Hazeyview broke down.a blown gasket I took the vehicle to a RMI approved workshop. I submitted it to car care vaps they moved my vehicle to their approved workshop Proformax Tuning its apmost 3 months now the Quote sent was 165K for repairs, strip and quote alone is over 14K Car Care Vaps only willing to pay 65k of claim, when we bought the vehicle this warranty was included which was part of the finance no consultant explained the warranties terms and conditions to us or provided us with a copy of terms and conditions. Now i am in dept had to use uber and bolt just to get to work everyday over R8700 a month these people are ****mers and they will leave u with huge bills they only honor minor repairs we are going to loose our car and our credit name DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY !!!!!

Very Disappointing Experience – Think Twice Before Taking Their Warranty
Stay away from this company. My experience with Car Care Vaps has been extremely disappointing. I paid R14,000 for a warranty, and after selling the vehicle only two months later, they refunded me just R5,900. The amount they deducted in such a short period is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable. They are very quick to take your money when you sign up, but when it comes to refunds the process and deductions are extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend that anyone considering a warranty with them reads the fine print very carefully before signing anything. Think twice before doing business here.
