I purchased a voucher on the 4th of October , it is now the 9th and still haven't received it. I created a support ticket and I am being ignored.

I have received zero replies—not even an automated confirmation or reference number.Once your money is in, you discover you can only buy vouchers worth R299 or R499 maximum. Worse yet, you are strictly limited to one voucher per person every 30 days
