Disastrous Mercedes

I bought a 2008 Mercedes C200 Compressor the end of January 2023,Mr.Thulani was the sales man and Mr.Dash is the sales manager at Cardons Motor Sales.I drove the vehicle for only two weeks and on Sunday the 19th of February the vehicle broke down, I then contact Mr.Dash to inform him that the vehicle has broke down and won't start at all,he reply to me and said he will send his technician to come and have a look,the technician only arrived after three days at my house to look at the vehicle but couldn't fix it.Mr.Dash then send a lowbed breakdown to come and pick up the vehicle,I then asked the driver of the breakdown where is my vehicle going from my house,he then rep**** and said that Mr.Dadh instructed him to take my Mercedes to Mercedes agents in 14th Avenue across from their dealership.Two weeks went past and no news about my Mercedes,after I have to phone Mr.Dash myself he then said that his mechanic is stills busy with my vehicle and that they need to sort out the fusebox. Another almost two weeks went by I then decided to go to Mercedes agents in 14th Avenue in Roodwpoirt,just to find out that my car is not at the agents to get fix and then went to back to the dealership and Mr.Tulani said that Mr.Dash is not available because he is in a meeting for the whole day.My wife then started to deal with Mr.Dash as I was just fed up for all the excuses and don't want to speak to Mr.Dash again,a couple of days after they then told my wife that they are busy sorting out the computer box and now tge timing chain is also stretched all of sudden,its now almost going for two months and we still don't have the vehicle back and decided to cancel the transaction,and now we've been told that if we cancel the transaction they are gonna charge us for the use of the vehicle,my goodness we only used the vehicle for two weeks before it broke down on the 19th of February,so my advice is,think before you support Cardons Motor Sakes,because I certainly won't support them ever again.
