CARDONS VEHICLE SALES - DO NOT USE

One star is to much for this company, This all started on a Friday morning where I found a Nissan Micra advertised, I contacted them via Whats app and requested forms for finance for the Nissan micra, we were sent the forms and we completed the forms and returned within one hour. Four hours later I contacted them for an update to me told that their FNI was out for the afternoon and there would be an update on Monday, On Monday morning I what app, to be told they will update during the course of the morning, At midday I call the dealership to be told FNI is out at a meeting, reason for delay......ahhh our system is off line.....I then get told only salesman and telephone person is at the dealership, I speak to Tulani who says oh yes, what i will find out, he says oh yes you are approved, let me just check on one thing...... I wait 3 hours, I call deal principle, I will call you back,,,,still waiting..... many calls later no resolution on Monday, Tueday rolls around, many calls later all of a sudden now declined, as my child has no credit record, I go to the bank myself, low and behold, one hour finance approved done and dusted money in bank, I call the dealership, I speak to Tulani, I say I do not want to deal with you I Speak to I think Jonathan (not sure he is also an idiot) I say please get the car to road worthy I have the cash I will come in and pay for the car. That is great they say I will organise the deal we have all the details. Two hours later, I get a call from the same person.......I have good news and bad news I get told,,,,,,good news we have lots of cars to sell you....bad news,,,,,,the car you want has been sold...finance has been approved to another buyer (but their system has been offline) and the car we can get for you is 20000.00 more and 5 years older than the one you want!!!!but you have cash so it is okay! Do they think I have IDIOT tattooed on my forehead!!!!!!!!!!!! No you do not deserve business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
