Run around for my refund from cardio zoom

Hi, I ordered pills for hypertension from this company referred by my neighbor telling me they are the best.

My story goes like this, I made an order and was told I needed to make payment online, I transferred money to my brother who paid on my behalf as my bank didn't approve of this payment, he paid and I asked for a home delivery. To my knowledge I knew everything was sorted to my surprise boom after a few days an sms from my post office saying the pills were delivered there, ok fine no hassles. Went to the post office to fetch the pills when I got there I was told I needed to pay an extra 2000 on top of the money I paid online.Paid and received the medicine fine.

When I got home I contacted them, they asked for all the proof did send it for a refund or so I thought, that was in July, gave them a day so that they can do their investigations. After I sent a WhatsApp to check how far are they so that I can give them the Acc no to refund the money into, to my surprise I was told their refunds takes 10-14 days which no one told me about.

To this day no one has ever contacted me, I dnt know what's happening with my refund, all I get is apologies after apologies, finance is busy investigating until when? I'm waiting for my money and it seems like they do not care.
