Unprofessional service
I was inbolde in an accident on the 2nd of september and was released after treatment around 12 am following treatment that i took from 7pm.when they released me they did not provide me woth a discharge form. When i ask for it. I get transfered from 1 department to anotjer then they put the phone down. I just want my release form.
