This year 2020 July 31 I needed to upgrade my Ford Fiesta 2013 to a new car. I called the guy Kwanele (well known as Suspect) who helped me with my first purchase to assist in upgrading my car. He helped and told me he is now working with new people from Cardinals.

I went there early in the morning, I waited the whole day at 15:00 I was called in by the guy named Ahmed who said they owning a Cardinals Honda garage at Shellybeach and they recently opened this new branch at PMB. He told me he is still waiting for my finance approval, I recieved an sms message from ABSA bank stating that I will not be able to purchase another car until my outstanding balance of R156 800 is settled. Mr Ahmed called me and told me they are buying my car for R81 000 and now because I can't settle the outstanding balance of R68 000 they will make a plan and sell the car to a new buyer so that they can take over on my account and they will totally remove my name from the old car and I will have to start a new payment for my new car . Standard bank approved to finance me and I was told my car is in Portshepstone Suspect drove me down to Portsheptone to get my new car Honda Jazz 1.5 Sports

The following month I had a debit order for Ford fiesta, I reported and they said they are sorting it. In September 2020 I had debit order for both cars I reported and they started pointing fingers and told me Mr Mzwandile Shange is the one responsible for the selling of Ford fiesta he should be the one fixing the problem. Mzwandile told me he will fix the problem and up today I am still faced with the same problem.

The buyer did not want to exchange the banking details Iin order to take over the debit order and they did not even take over on the tracking devices that I had. Now I am faced with many credits that I cannot settle because of this problem
