Kia Koup

April 2015 I bought a Kia koup from cardinals in nelspruit and was assisted by Thami, the car drove well for like 2 years and then problems started, the steering wheel locked and I couldn't drive it, I took it to be repaired and it got well, after 3 weeks It started again and I contacted Thami from cardinals who promised they would look in to it. The car has been for repairs more than 8 times!!!! Because of the same problem. They sold me that car knowing very well that it had problems. I am very disappointed as this is my first car and it is financed. I have been waiting for Thami or Ross who is the finance manager to get back to me but they have been silence. I want them to either get me another Kia koup or just cancel the contract even I it means me forfeiting the money I paid I ok because this is not only financially draining its emotionally draining too. I warn anyone who might have an interest in buying a car from Cardinals to be aware,if you want a car go to the manufacture dealership.
