I didn't get my car main Key

I am a first buyer and I bought my car on the 13 April 2021, I never received my main key, I'm using a spare key, even today nobody is communicating. It's been two months and half asking for my car key. They keep on saying its at the head office and its gonna be sent when received and nobody is communicating with me. I'm so disappointed and annoyed
