Horrible customer service

I bought a car from cardinals motor corporation in Pietermaritzburg on the 18th of May 2021, I’m a first time car buyer.nobody told me I had to wait for a logbook copy for 21 days, before my permit get expired I drove to Transport department to get a disc only to find that the car is still not under my name. I’ve been trying to get help from cardinals since last week Friday but they’re not willing to help me. The permit has expired I can’t drive my car around anymore. Masood who happens to be a responsible person is not taking my calls only yesterday he referred me to Amanda who deals with logbooks I called her this morning and now when I try to call her again she has blocked my calls. I need hallopeter to help me to get either my logbook or an extended permit. This is the worse customer service I ever experienced.
