Cardinals Motor Corporation - PMB branch - ***** & VERY bad service poor poor poor, I bought a car from them 31st July, 1stly the lady that was supposedly sales sold me a POLO car which was on special, they told me you get insurance free for a year if you purchase a new car, the deal went through for the VW POLO but when i got there there to pick up there was no POLO, than I had to look at 2nd option which was a Hyundai i20 which i agreed to purchase, there was never free insurance for a year, all of a sudden they tell me that was last years special. Masood, the manager offered me R3000 cash back which he handed to Zethu Gumbi (sales lady) but she only deposited R2000 into my account & decide to keep the R1000 for her self till this day i can not get hold of her, she changed her number. When i purchased the car there was no spare keys on site so Masood said he will courier it to me a week later, till this day I never received the spare key he keeps telling me he will courier the spare keys to me he has it but weeks passes & he ignores my whatsapp texts, I have even asked the bank that financed me to intervene but they are not responding to the query with the Bank. oh another great thing is when I call Masood on his number it never goes through from any cell phone or landline but his always on what's app, mind you he does not respond to my whatsapp either. he keeps telling lies that he has the key & he will send it, it now 3 months later since I bought the car but I still don't have the spare keys from them or let alone get hold of them. no one wants to take responsibility to assist, even his Brother Ahmed when i asked him to help he said he cant help me only Masood can cause i bought the car from him , mind you they both managers of this PMB branch.
