Cardinals motor corp PMB are *****, bad service only care with monies come in no after sale care
On the 29 February 2020 I bought a brand new Nissan Np300 long base with canopy, the car was supposed to come with rubberizer which they said i must do it & forward the receipt for refund which i did all that. I left with the car but without my documents & my sales man promised to fetch & bring them next time he visit there, the temp registration got expired after 21 days but nothing on my side to go & register my car. On the 21 March i received traffic fine the sales man told me its their responsibility since its them who delayed the registration. Months wend by without having anything that proves that the car belongs to me, thanks to lockdown when we were allowed to drive cars without number plates. Only in July when i received a log book via whatsapp so i can register the car, when i go to traffic department to register to my surprised the car hasn't done roadworthy, i had to take it to roadworthy pay for it come back and pay again for my disc. I've sent all the receipts for registrations & rubberizer, traffic fine so i can get my refund but till now i don't have my contract on me nor my refunds. Even my sales person (Simphiwe Ntshuntsha) has been sending me from peeler to post he said he's not working there anymore. He only gave me numbers of the managers or owners named Bha & Sabina but they are not peaking up the phones nor reply to my WhatsApp. Recently i involved my lawyers which they're still busy with the case but they call me friday 5thof this month for feedback and they said they can't get hold of them not even have the website not responding to email which they sent email address is *** now my lawyers have suggested to take a further step to NCC all i need is my contract documents and all my refunds then we call it quits but its like am asking for heaven & earth.
