Awaiting Citroen Parts for 7 months !!!

My car has been at Cardinal Motors for 7 months awaiting parts from Citroen Head Office. Half off the parts arrived a month ago (parts were ordered in May) and the other parts have still not been received. I am now told after seven months that they are closing their Peugeot and Citroen dealership and they still have not received the parts and must collect the car. They offered me a mere 5% discount on the work done so far. I find this unacceptable ! My daughter has been without a car for 7 months since moving to CapeTown and is a single mother with two children one of which is only 5 months old. Don’t ever buy a Citroen or Peugeot in South Africa
