Caridinals Boksburg is Pathetic

<p>This is my second out of two terrible experiences at Cardinals in Boksburg two years ago i sent my car in for a service there. I was first called to replace the breaks on my car they informed me that this would cost R4000 i bought the breaks for about R300 and replaced themself. Then they called me tell i need new window wipers which would cost me R2000 once again i bought them for under R200 and replaced themself. Neither of these things has needed to be replaced in the two years since. Then today i sent my car in for a diagnostics test which i have had done before and takes roughly half an hour. I booked the car in at 7.30am and at 10.30am i called and was told they are still busy they will call when it is ready. At 2.30pm i finally get a call where once again i was told it would cost roughly R30 000 to fix when in reality it will only cost R10 000. When i finally got my car back notice that on the diagnostic print out the time is stamped at 10am so what where they doing between 10am and 2.30pm? To top everything off they maanaged to some how break the bracket that holds my exhaust and the whole exhuast is virtually hanging on the ground. WOW what ridiculous imcompetant ************!</p>
