Items paid for but the Seller has not send the item

I purchased a wedding ring 12 Feb 2020, Invoice Number7491, wedding is on the 07 March 2020, still no feedback received. It seems for all feedback read know is that the company is not reliable. their Web site is also no longer available. They must just remember if you take from somebody GOD will ensure double is taken from you.
