PATHETIC customer service

I placed an order and fully paid for it on 13 May 2019. All the items I ordered has a maximum lead time of 4 weeks. I sent an email through their automated 'contact us' page the last week in May as a follow-up on when the order will be delivered. I received no response. I then sent a message on 07 June 2019 through FB messenger (as it states typically replies within a few hours) again to follow-up on the order. I then received a response stating that they have sent out emails in regards to delays due to a shipment that got lost at customs but they now received a new shipment, however the lady was off sick and would only be able to send out orders the following week. On 11 June 2019 I again followed up when my order will be delivered and were told they are in the process of packing and sending off the orders. On 19 June 2019 I again followed up, but got no response. 24 June 2019 sent another message, they then responded to say that my order was sent but they are having issues with the courier company. She will follow-up with them and let me know. Then she sent another message saying that she is actually switching courier companies as the particular courier company has been giving them a lot of issues. 26 June 2019 I again followed up and were then told that my order cannot be tracked down and they will resend it, but now they waiting on stock again. 27 June 2019 I sent another FB messenger message saying that the service I received is pathetic to say the least and I prefer a refund. I was then told that she (Juanita) recently took over and she is doing her best to get everything resolved and that with regards to the courier she has now changed companies in the hopes they won't have any more issues. I rep**** to say that, that doesn't resolve my issue and I prefer a refund as I've been waiting for more than 6 weeks and I don't receive any correspondence or communication unless I communicate with them first. I send my banking details to them, but up until now I haven't received any further response from them. I don't have any idea whether I will receive the goods I ordered or my money back.
