Disgusting Business Behaviour

The first and last time I will ever, ever purchase anything from Cardina Jewels. I placed and paid for my order on 01.08 - today is the 15.08. To date I have written them two emails enquiring when I can expect delivery of my order, which they have not rep**** to. I have mentioned to them that should I not receive a reply by 16.08, I will be laying a charge of theft of my funds with SAPS - still not response!
