Terrible Customer Service

Oh Clearwater Mall Cardies though ... Very Very Disappointed to say the least.

I went to Clearwater Cardies store this evening in excitement and in the mood of Valentines. I walked in to the store at about 18:48. I greeted the lady at the cash desk and kindly asked to be assisted with wrapping a gift.

The lady told me, we don’t wrap gifts at 18:50, I said wow I didn’t know that. Ok, so at what time of the day does cardies help customers warp their gifts, I mean because it’s not written anywhere on the door, website, etc. She followed by saying that’s her cash up time and next tome she will write it on the door.

In a world where customer service is prioritized and a day Pre valentines, most of us are rushing to get gifts for our loved ones and get them wrapped and I had to walk away without being assisted. And she wasn’t even apologetic about it instead her other colleague laughed. Clearly the situation was amusing to them and because I’m a just a mere customer
