Stuff misbehaving

One of your sales people coloured lady on the 19/05/2022 I was passing the store and I played with the balloons that are outside the store and the lady shouted at me saying “HEY ARE YOU STUPID WHAT IF THAT BALLON BURST” and I was shocked how can a Sales consultant speak with the customer even if I was wrong she could have a way that she could speak with me this incident happening in Cavendish mall
