Humiliating service

Good day

I was just at your store at Bayside Mall, Tableview and was SO humiliated with one of your staff members! Her name is Nandi. I was just done with my purchases at Cardies and paid and left. After paying my parking ticket and proceeding to my car, the mall security stopped me and refused to let me leave. The only explanation they could give me was to say that I must wait with them till the lady of cardies. I waited a couple of minutes an asked her what is the problem? She told me to follow her back to the store and she will explain everything there. Not any further explanations given on the walk back. When we got back in the store she asked for someone to witness and there was No one else there. I asked her what is going on and without answering me she asked for my bags. At this point I was very humiliated and insulted of being suspected for such a hidius deed! I was confused as I don't know what in my demeanor made her suspect I am steeling! I walked in, done window shopping, chose a few items like any civil person will do. Needless to say after she done it check of all my packages there was nothing in there that was not suppose to be! I demanded to see the manager as she was completely unprofessional and the manager asked her to apologize for the mistake and she refused to do so! The manager asked her 3 times and she still refused and walked out of the store! This is completely unacceptable and an insult toy character! I wanted an apology and no one could offer me that! I demand that Carrie's take up this matter seriously as I am going to go to social media and tell people how Cardies treat there customers. I have NEVER been so humiliated. I am a wife & mother that just wanted to do my shopping!
