Cardies Musgrave Durban is Trash

The service I received at Cardies Musgrave was absolutely disappointing especially as it was so unnecessary and unexpected. I went in to buy a few items for my niece as she hasn’t been well. Excited as I was to be purchasing these items I left that store in such a state of dissatisfaction to the level of service I received. The lady that had been assisting me yesterday the 1st Of February 2022 which I forgot to get the name was chubby and light in complexion, as I enter the shop I see these helium inflated balloons I ask for the exact duplicate as to the the one on display she assures me it will be exactly like that . I buy extra items a card and journal leave everything as she was still busy quickly go to clicks told her I’ll be back as she was still busy with the balloon. Only to get back to find the balloon I had requested for looked nothing like the one on display she give me so much attitude furthermore she says ow well the glitter used on your one is not the same as the one on display, after telling her so many times that these two balloons look nothing alike. She then further say after a few weeks it will look like the one on display totally disregarded my concerns and pushed her own agenda and being adamant that the balloons looked exactly alike even after asking two of the other customers if they did and both said no they don’t look nothing alike: I told I wasn’t happy and to pay R250 for something I don’t like for me was just distasteful. She was so rude I ended up asking to to buy the ones on display which asked to atleest try inflate the balloons on the inside. People honestly should stop seeking for jobs that they will end up hating that drive them to being so disrespectful to customers. I’m absolutely appalled by the service I received.
