Cardies Balloons ruined

I bought a number one balloon with helium. Cost almost R300, thought It is worth spending the money for the shop lady said it last 6 to 8 weeks. Total lie!! A few hours later and the balloon was deflated and kept falling to the ground. I did send them a message no response!!! Total waste of money!!
