A Gift Shop that does not gift wrap

I bought a gift and asked for it to be gift wrapped. No sorry we do not have any gift wrapping at the moment. Having been told the same thing before I was irritated because obviously they do NOT gift wrap - unless you buy the over priced gift wrapping that they have in the store. When I complained the Assistant was unhelpful - I only work here etc etc - not good enough. At lease be honest and say no we do not supply gift wrapping.
