CARD CONNECT DOESNT TRAIN THEIR STAFF ADEQUATELY - SHOCKING SERVICE

The service received from Precious Mathye, is absolutely shocking. This lady is not helpful at all and also doesn't give you chance to speak, she just speaks over you. People just don't take any pride and ownership in their jobs and are not prepared t go the extra mile. Customer service is of non-existence.
