Shocker - Excellent customer service... does still exist!!

The service levelI experienced from Carbon Black Auto, specifically Garreth, was nothing short of excellent and professional. With immediate feedback, continuous updates and assistance given throughout my interactions with them reinstated my faith in customer service levels in our country and particularly in the motor vehicle industry. Carbon Black Auto really is trying to change perceptions within their industry and its refreshing to see a company striving for excellence is all they do. Well done guys! Im a fan.
