Rae Tupper @ Carbon Black Auto

Just bought a car from Rae Tupper at Carbon Black Auto. Rae is not your normal salesperson - she actually has a passion for the product she is selling but just as important is her professional, courteous, caring service. I bought a car from her yesterday and as a foreigner, she explained and guided me through the system here so I felt properly informed. She made sure that everything I asked to do on the car was done - and properly. When my UK bank card didn't work in the PDQ machine, she drove me to the bank to try make payment - in the end another card worked but the effort and ends she went to to help me with this was fantastic. Also a shout out to the rest of the team at CBA from the girl who made me great coffee when i arrived through to Loshni who helped with payments and Garreth the sales manager who took an interest too. Would 100% recommend Rae to anyone looking to buy a car.
