Exceptional service from Garreth Hatting - start to finish! It is clear that the ethos at CBA is that of customer service, follow through and going the extra mile. Garreth is a man of his word, I requested changes to my vehicle which he facilitated through their preferred service centre. I have not experienced such professional service in a long time - if the entire team shares the same sentiment on customer service (which I am sure they do) they will still go a long way in the motor sales industry! I applaud the team at CBA - well done !
