To Dylan, Frank and the rest of the CBA team you guys are doing an excellent job and here’s why … I recently purchased a vehicle from Dylan on my arrival your welcome was exceptional, not only were you inviting but also honest in the presentation and history of the vehicle.

After test driving the vehicle you pointed out the necessary that you will be attending to and you kept up to that. After delivery and me driving the vehicle for the weekend I picked up a few minor things I wasn’t happy with and this is why you are definitely deserving of 5 stars …

I contacted Dylan to express my unhappiness towards the issues , without hesitation, complaints or discussion he asked me to bring the vehicle to him Monday morning. I dropped of the vehicle, I was given a vehicle to use in the interim and every single point I brought to his attention was noted and attended to.

I’ve purchased many vehicles from different dealerships over the years however when I picked up my vehicle today I was touched because it not easy to be a used car dealership which carries various brands, vehicles have to be sent to franchises or services providers who don’t always get it right the 1st time.

Carbon Black Auto has earned my respect because even though they are not perfect, not everyone is … they are making the effort to get to perfection and for that effort they deserve 5 stars!!
