Fantastic Service from Carbon Black Auto and Rae Tupper!!

I was looking for a car for my youngest daughter and having had two cars sold from under my feet by another dealership, decided to try Carbon Black Auto. I contacted Rae Tupper about a used car that was being advertised and the service I received from her, right from the first phone call, to driving the car out of the showroom was absolutely incredible. Rae listened to what I wanted and even suggested I look at a different car which was at another dealer and offered to get it brought to Carbon Auto Black's showroom if I was keen to have a look at it. We took the car I had enquired about on a test drive, I loved it and bought it there and then. The whole process was smooth and faultless from beginning to end, the service amazing, Rae stayed in touch with me through the entire process and I am so grateful that true salesmen (ladies) are still out there to assist. The car is in absolutely stunning condition and my daughter loves it. I would highly recommend Carbon Black Auto to anyone looking to trade in / buy a car - they literally took all the hard work out of looking for a car. I will most definitely be back!
