Carbon Black Auto - Review of Mercedes Benz E400 coupe

I have purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime, but the team at CBA have nailed the process. Minutes after my enquiry on a vehicle's availability, I was contacted by Denzyl Pratt. From there, the sales process seamed effortless. Denzyl kept in contact with me via whatsapp every step of the way. Good, friendly service and an overall great experience, despite me being in a different province. Once the deal was finalised, i flew from Durban to Johannesburg to collect the car. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that on arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was not ready for collection, making the day long and dragged out, and i was stressed as I had to drive back to Durban that evening. Denzyl, however, ran around and sorted everything out on the day. (Next time though, offer the client some water or tea/coffee while he waits) Reza was exellent to deal with and made the paperwork part of the process effortless. All in all, i had a good, professional experience at Carbon Black auto. I would definately recommend them for their fast, reliable service.
