A salesman that goes the extra mile

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Its never easy to find a good, trustworthy car salesman, but I have found an absolute gem. Gareth from Carbon Black Auto lived up to every expectation and more. I was browsing available deals on the internet, as a salesman who was meant to be assisting me from somewhere else was messing me around, when I came across this vehicle. I gave Gareth a call and he advised the car was available and I should come look that afternoon, which I did and immediately fell in love. That next afternoon I went to collect my vehicle.

In one day, he had his team to organise my finance, at the rate and term I wanted. He had offered me a great deal for my trade in. There were a few chips in the paint which he had fixed. ALL of this in one day. I arrived to my beautiful new car with a massive bow on it (this is a first, and I have purchased many cars, most people don't put in any effort). He then sat with me explaining everything and helping me to link the Bluetooth, just adding that personal touch and going that extra mile. The next day my phone rang and it was Gareth, asking how I was enjoying my new baby and if everything was going well. Thank you for the effortless and amazing experience
