Eddie Van Z****en poor service

I had a very disappointing experience with Carbon Digital regarding a printing job. I provided clear specifications and explanations for what I needed, but the final product did not meet these requirements. Despite the significant amount of money I paid for this job, when I raised my concerns and explained that the work was not done to my instructions, the company refused to redo the work or offer a satisfactory resolution. The lack of quality control and the unwillingness to correct their own error is unacceptable. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience. It feels like a waste of both time and a substantial amount of money. Eddie Van Z****en is not a man you want to do bussiness with.
