Pathetic service from Carbon Bros

Contacted them to hear whether they could fix a carbon fibre belly pan and carbon fibre end cap of akropovic exhaust slip on system for my son’s motorcycle after someone rammed into him from behind at a traffic circle. Before taking the parts to them, I took pictures of it to compare after the repairs were done.

After receiving the parts back, there was one of the attachment brackets broken off from the carbon fibre belly pan and on the exhaust slip on, one of the pop rivot strip at the back of the exhaust were completely broken off.

Their first response off course was that they received it from me in the broken state. After showing them the pictures that I took beforehand, to show that they were talking absolute *******-the only thing they had to say was:”Sorry for the inconvenience…” The bracket I managed to fix relatively cheaply myself but the exhaust strip repairs are costing me more than the original work quote itself. They didn’t answer my calls when I tried to tell them about the extra damage found on the exhaust slip on. So that’s the kind of service I got…
