Disgusting caravan hire

We hired a caravan from caravan hire cape for January 2020. Our request was for a Jurgens Exclusive Caravan. 6 meter caravan plus a 6 x 5 meter tent in front of caravan 210 liter KIC Fridge/freezer Walk around double bed in front Dinette at back in day or double bed in evening

When we arrived at the camping site the caravan there was not what we hired!!!! The tent in front of the caravan was in terrible condition. It was broken and the window flap was tapped which came loose and allowed flies into the tent!!!! To top it all there was NO 210 liter KIC Fridge/freezer !!!! THIS IS WHAT WE WANTED as we were camping for a week and needed a big fridge !!!! Instead we were given 2 bar fridges!!!! This had very little freezer space. The meat we brought with we had to split between the two bar fridge and then buy ice as well. We arrived the Wednesday and used from the meat. The Saturday when we wanted to use from the meat in the caravan bar fridge it was ALL OFF !!! That pathetic fridge was not getting cold and resulted in us throwing ALL that meat away !!!!!!

The beds in the caravan we disgusting, dirty and smelly!!!! The ground sheet in the caravan tent had holes in it !!!!

We contacted the owner, his reply was that should we have let him know earlier he would have replaced the fridge. He never ever came to replace it. We let him know the Saturday and we stayed at the camp till the Monday and he NEVER CAME TO REPLACE the fridge.

The kettle in the caravan also broke the 2nd day we were there!!!!

Will never ever recommend this man to anyone !!!!!!
