Cara's Cakes takes your deposit without delivering goods

Took my deposit but never delivered the cake. Was recommended to Whatsapp Cara Ashleigh Oosthuysen on ***, she sent the invoice, I paid the deposit and I understand she wasn't able to deliver. She offered to refund, but every month was another excuse until she blocked me on Facebook and Whatsapp.
