UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS THAT WASTES PEOPLES TIME

Carabella Aesthetics & Beauty Spa situated inside DYH Salon. This is an extremely unprofessional business which should not be supported. On Thursday the 12th of September 2024, I came across and advert on Facebook advertising massages. Subsequently, I contacted the number provided which was lady named Mandy who sent me another advert which was “Specials for the month of September”. I booked an appointment with her for full the body massage, pedicure and full facial package for Sunday the 15th of September 2024 at 10am. Upon arrival on Sunday at 10am, I found the apparent business which is located inside ‘DYH Salon” at 19 Peak Street, Chatsworth to be closed. Numerous phone calls were made to Mandy which went to voicemail, messages were sent on Whatsapp which were left unread. Left with no other choice, I telephoned the number on the board for DYH Salon and spoke to the lady who supposed to contact Mandy and call me back but never did. After a while Mandy, sends me a Whatsapp message stating that the the****** isn’t available and she forgot to tell me. This is a Mickey Mouse business and one should think twice about making an appointment with them, as Mandy wasted my time, petrol and expectation as I would have made an appointment somewhere else if I had known this is the type of business that is being run.
