complements to Car world for their excellent after sales service. I bought a mini countryman almost a year a and a half ago through finance . I Urgently needed a copy of my natis document I called the bank and was told the turn around time was 24 hours . I couldn't wait so long and decided to call the sales lady that helped me at the dealership . To my amazement she answered the called greeting me by name . I explained to her my problem , I was told not to worry she had a copy on file she would send it to me . Within 30 minutes a copy of the natis was emailed to me . Thank you guys I really appreciate the great service even after a year you look after your clients . Wish more dealers were like you .
