Not happy

Wow am I the only one getting bad service?! All the reviews are good but my experience has been far from it. Its been two weeks and I’m not getting any notifications about progress and the workshop manager says client service is not his job and he's standing in for someone. I say I’m not fighting or putting pressure on you it can even take a month I just want it done right. "He says what do you want really one minute you want your car next thing we can take our time?!" I spoke to two other people who also talk to you like they can't wait to get off the call they have somewhere better to be! All I want is just to know what's going on coz I feel like my car fell into a dark info-less/update-less hole MXM Even here I can't post this without giving you a rating! FYI that one star is so I can post this review.
