Staff are *****s and Management have Bad Customer Service

<p>I mistakangly left R3400.00 in the glovebox which I had just received to pass it on. I always take out my wallet before taking my car to car wash, however this one I forgot it as it was in the envelope insde glovebox. Just before I left the car wash I realised I had left money in the car, I quickly check the money and counted it but I only found R3000.00. I quickly reported the matter to the supervisor who advised that I should come the following day so that the Manager can check the camera footage to see the person who stole the money. I regretted seeing that manager as he told me his camera is not for theft control and there I was still shocked by his reponse and asking him why he is being so mean, he then said his assistant should take my number and they will call me after checking the footage. But looking at his face I knew he didnt care nor he will ever call. What a stink attitute. I didnt go there to force him to repay me the money, I simply report theft and expected that some measure in place should be app**** to avoid such crisis in future but it seems to him that I was trying to rob him R400.00, like really??????</p>
