Appalling service

I took my car for a wash on the 13th at round about lunch hour 1PM to be precise and when i came back to fetch it around 16h45 PM it was spotless outside but dirty inside yet i paid for executive wash which entails both inside and outside wash, inquired and was told to come back tomorrow for a free wash which is today and i did go back found some white guy who ordered some guy to have a wash and wax done on my car and guess what it is still spotless on the outside but inside dirty you can see the carpets are still dirty there is dust barely no hover was done i have been using this car wash since i work close by and trusted it but the service i received was appalling two consecutive days.
