I was about to purchase a vehicle from CTSA - Car Trader SA. I was told that the finance had been approved, and was requested by the owner, Rynhardt Gouws to make a deposit. I made a deposit of R25000, after which he started avoiding my calls and emails. After calling the finance house directly, I was told that the finance had not been approved. I requested Rynhardt of CTSA to return my deposit. He said that the customer whose vehicle it was was refusing to return the deposit.
