Agent who is unprofessional and aggressive

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Car Tracker SA. An agent from your company called me and raised their voice in an unprofessional and aggressive manner. When I expressed my concerns, they dismissively stated that they "don’t care even if I report" because the call is recorded.

I will not tolerate being harassed by Car Tracker SA or its employees. This level of service is unacceptable, and I demand that Car Tracker SA immediately stops calling me. I expect a formal apology and confirmation that my details have been removed from your call list.

If this issue is not addressed, I will escalate the matter further.
