My Wife's car would'nt start & we arranged fot it to be towed to CARTIME Tokai as she services her car with them. They diagnosed a faulty starter & she gave the go ahead as the car was still under warranty, assuming because theyre RMI approved it shouldnt be a problem.

As it turns out it had to be done by Renault. She was concerned about the cost as CARTIME had already removed the starter in order to replace it.

We were totally wowed by them as they replaced the old starter & did not charge her at all.

What great service & such a rarity nowadays. Especially a chap called Hudson who went out of his way to assist.
