Worst service ever!!

Car time ..... most pathetic company I have ever dealt with in my life!!!!! Can you believe an ops exc named Justin from there head office (Pintown) screams at the top of his lungs on the phone to me interrupts every sentence of mine and refuses to listen, all we asking for is an explanation and understanding and he refuses to listen or even comprehend what we are saying..... WHAT PATHETIC DIAGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. anyone thinking of using them please DONT!!!!!!

I'm absolutely shocked how a company functions with a ops exc like that seriously this alone shows lack of interest in your customers. Screaming at a client is totally unprofessional and then has the audacity to tells me he will read to me.... how FLIPEN OFFENSIVE. we are not illiterate or idiots so please get your manager to treat people with respect his title means NOTHING if he doesnt know how to treat or interact with clients.
