I booked my car in for a 120,000 service R1095. Got a call later to say" needs new Plugs. Platinum at R587. each. Not knowing any better I gave a go ahead. Along with 2) Brake fluid flush @ R295. 3) Cooling system flush R395. I paid the bill R4,700. I do not believe the 2 flushes where actually done.! On further discussion and investigation. I discovered that Platinum plugs sell retail @ between R30 to R168. Then there was an additional R450 to remove and replace the plugs??? The owner Justin did refund R700. Plugs costing R412 each. Very bad attitude and aggressive. And more.
