I took my car for service at Cartime Hatfield, believe me I'm regretting the decision I took. For starters there's no feedback on the car diagnostic report, they washed my car but the interior on the cub holders was so dirty even, the wheels had no polish on them like it's a mess. Suddenly, they tell me that for the premium spark plugs is around R1400 which when I book never mention to me that my car uses the 'premium spark plugs' not the standard ones which they cover on major service

There's no change of Pollen filter, there's no exchange of anti-freezers. No exchange of the fan belt

I so regret it, only if I knew could haven taken my car to its manufacture
