********** & pathetic service!!

After diagnosis i was given a few faults & a quote for service. The manager at the durban branch was quick to drop the quote by more than R500. Was charged for items that were not replaced eg. Number plate globe. There was no number plate globe. Looked as though they switched the left & right. When i lodged a complaint on their site, i received a call from a guy who chose to scream & shout at me & ask me to come to pinetown for another diagnostic reading. Pathethic!! At whos cost??? Very unhappy & feel ********** after spsnding more than R4000!
