Raciagl Abuse
My 3rd time taking my vehicle for Service to CARTIME DURBAN CBD. The racial treatment i received this year from one of the staff member named Deelan was **********. After the car service was completed, my car was parked on the side of the road unlocked. Durban CBD has a very high crime rate and i was completely in shock that my vehicle was not locked. I raised the issue with Deelan who in return called me "stupid black". I showed them how to lock the vehicle properly. Deelan attacked me verbally and physically. I jumped into my car to drive away but Deelan opened my door and demanded for my car keys and carried on calling "stupid black" who does not know anything. He forced himself into my driver's seat to reach for my car keys. He pushed me against the car aggressively threatening to punch me if i resist with the keys.I did not take the threats lightly and i was pushing him away from my car. I had my glasses on and during the interrogation he pushed me on my face and my glasses fell on the ground and broke. Everybody at the store was watching the whole thing. Deelan insulted me and said i should never show my face at CAR TIME SA ever again. I felt embarrassed by his actions and him laying his hands on me. I drove home with no glasses on which was a huge risk. I hope this review reaches the relevant parties involved. This is not the way to treat your customers. I am very disappointed by the treatment i received at CAR TIME SA as i have been servicing my vehicle for years now. Deelan is hostile and aggressive. He took advantage of my appearance and skin color. He would have never done that if it was his race. I am disgusted by his actions.
