Poor service

I was so happy when I found a place that opens on a Saturday for service as I work in Stellenbosch and I stay in Goodwood so I use the car on daily basis to drive to work. I brought in my car for major service on the 26 October 2024 and the list of things done specifically mention check fan and other "V" belts however I'm not sure if my car was checked because on the 7 November as I was going to work as I was approaching the gate then I felt a rubber smell and immediately I saw smoke coming from my bonnet and I stop and switched off the car immediately, some colleagues came to assist and they assumed it was water and they pour water and they told me to fetch my car after 30 minutes or so to give it time to cool down. When I went to fetch my car immediately I started the car I had the smell again and I switched it off immediately and my colleagues called a mechanic for me and immediately he got to the car he just looked once and he said the issue is the fan belt and he took it out and it was literally broken and had big visible cracks. He went to buy the fan belt and he changed it and when he started the car it couldn't start and the battery was flat which is a new battery that I bought this year and never had any issues before. He got the battery sorted and then the car was still not in working order so he did more checks and he realised that, the head of the gasket has blown and he told me if I try to drive the car like that it will damage the engine. So I had to get towing truck from Elsenburg (Stellenbosch to Goodwood), I called the N1 city branch just before their closing time and they told me they checked the belts and they were perfectly fine there were no cracks which didn't make sense.

Today 9 November I went to the branch which the broken fan belt to discuss how am I going to be assisted with the resultant damage, because if they checked the fan belt then they would have picked up that it needs to be changed, but I was only notified about other things which they said they are not urgent I can do them at the next service.

I service my car twice a year, and this was the first time using cartime and I had the worst experience. When I asked for the job card to see what was done in the car I was given a blank document which only had information about the vehicle information on arrival , then under customer concerns it is written there that all belts are in order, all fluid in order and I asked why is that written under customer concerns because I never said anything and I was told it is the technician's notes cause that is the only space available for notes, the document is blank and there is no signature of the technician/workshop.

I'm really being taken for a joke and I need my car fixed as I need it for going to work as I cannot afford to pay about R500 on uber/bolt everyday.

I need evidence of what was done exactly to my car, was it even serviced?

Reviewer Update
The issue is still not resolved, I called the branch on Tuesday, Wednesday and today, every time I'm promised someone from head office will call me. My car is still standing still since 7 November and I have to use uber/ public transport which is either very expensive or big inconvenience.

I have requested the job card on the 9 November and up till now I have not received the job card as I want to see exactly what was done to my car and what were the issues they picked up.
