outdated training/unqualified mechanics?

my wife and i took our vehicle to cartime on the bluff for the following: change brake fluid, change clutch oil, rotate tyres and wheel alignment. the mechanic decided to be smart and noticed the battery light is glowing faintly and decided to \test"the alternator by removing the positive terminal wire from the battery with the engine running. numerous times. now our vehicle has more problems. its not starting and all the electrical components are not functioning. we did some research and that is not the way to test an alternator. that is the way to damage everything on a car. i will never take a vehicle to cartime ever again and we recommend nobody else does either. i tried speaking to the manager elton and he was very rude and slammed the phone down in my ear. we are getting our vehicle tested by the agents to see how much damage was caused.
